Kimberley Collins is the Assistant Vice President, Academic Services at Monroe Community College. She was the primary author of the successful Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE) grant that supports the Community Center for Teaching Excellence (CCTE).

Kimberley’s responsibilities as Assistant Vice President include:
Oversight of Academic Services departments
Teaching and Creativity Center
Institutional Research
Budget
Community Center for Teaching Excellence
Innovation Collaborative grant project
Academic Services policy, personnel and communication functions
Faculty workload and compensation
Ombudsman for student-faculty issues
Divisional representative for Labor-Management concerns
Student complaint/grievance process
Kimberley presently serves on the boards of the Rochester Education Foundation and the Greater Rochester Summer Learning Association.
